At Apollon Sports Media, we leverage our cinema background to enhance the filming of youth sports by applying professional storytelling techniques, high-quality cinematography, and meticulous production values. We utilize advanced equipment and innovative techniques to ensure that each event is filmed with the same care and creativity as a major motion picture, thus providing engaging content for our clients to show fans, followers, or college coaches. Our goal is to elevate the visibility of youth sports, and give every student athlete the star treatment.

PRODUCTION SERVICES
GAME FILMING
capture every play for college recruiting or team highlight videos.
We film cinema quality, field level footage that showcases the skills of every athlete.
4 HOUR, 1/2 DAY — $400
8 HOUR, FULL DAY — $650
$855 for a two day weekend tournament
$200 for additional gear rental (gimbal/steady cam, drone, dolly, lights, etc.)
$100 per extra hour of filming
GAME FILMING

On the day of filming a trained cinematographer with one of the following cameras will arrive on the field 30-15 minutes early to set up shots and get a run down of any last minute details from the client.
SONY FX30 - Capable of 4k 120fps for smooth ultra slow motion.
PANASONIC GH5 - Incredible color depth and great cinematic look
COMING SOON: CANON CN300 - High angle AI controlled PTZ camera
Cameras will either be shoulder mounted or on a monopod.
Cinematographers can also utilize high angle positions if the field/facilities allows for it.

For gameplay, normally shoot at either 4k 120FPS or 1080p 60fps. The higher frame rates allow for smooth, crisp slow motion replays. We shoot with high end zoom lenses that create a cinematic shallow focal depth and keep the subject cleanly in focus no matter how far down the field they are or how fast they are moving.
For interviews, we shoot at either 1080p 60fps or 4k 60pfs. These mid range frame rates create a smooth motion in the image, but make the file sizes we deliver more manageable for the client. These are shot on 35mm focal length lenses specifically designed for interviews. The Sony and Panasonic cameras used by Apollon provide some of the best skin tone sensing available in the camera market.

For field audio each camera kit is equipped with an onboard boom/directional mic with a “dead cat” for wind protection. This provides top quality targeted audio.
For interviews, we can either use the onboard boom mics or switch to a lav mic that is placed on the collar of the person being interviewed. The lav set up is recommended for any interviews involving 2 people.

These videos are shot at 4k 120fps so the footage maintains peak quality when exporting to a vertical format (9x16) for social media platforms.
POST-PRODUCTION SERVICES
HIGHLIGHT/RECRUITING VIDEOS

$550 for 1 3-7 minute HD highlight reel, with player tracking graphic, music, 3 slow motion plays (pending footage), and one round of notes/revisions. Using Footage from multiple games or tournaments
$350 for a reel using footage from one game or tournament
$100 for additional rounds of notes
$100 to do the video in 4K. (this is dependent on the footage provided)

We normally deliver 1080p HD .MP4 files with a frame rate of 29.97/30 fps and standard 16x9 frame ratio. These files work great on all social platforms with a horizontal format. All highlight videos include 3 slow motion replays (quality of slow motion is dependent on how it was shot).
